Police and Government Auction Sites

I've always been the sort of person that looks for deals on everything. Maybe I'm cheap. Or maybe I'm smart. Or maybe I'm a poor grad student whose learned to take advantage of any deal he can find in order to live a more comfortable lifestyle. I feel that the best deals are typically found in auctions. If I need or want something I typically look to see if I can bid on it. Anyway, not too long ago I was in severe need of a new car. I wasn't sitting on a huge lump of cash or anything so of course the first thing that popped into my head was 'Auctions!'. I've always heard of people getting steals on cars and boats and such from police auctions so I searched the net for them. I searched long and hard for a good auction. One with a car that was in good shape but not pricey. My quest seemed almost hopeless after about an hour or two of searching. I finally came across a sweet site called www.policeandgovernementauctions.com. I didn't even know they held these types of auctions online until I googled it. Anywho, I got a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse for $2,000. I've just been so pumped the last few days that I had to blog about it. I recommend to anyone needing such items, or even any item for that matter, to go this route. You'll be psyched when you get a steal such as mine and then probably blog about it like I have.
